Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of online shops, including order processing, inventory updates, and basic procurement coordination.
  • Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (graphics, posts, short videos).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain product listings, update pricing, and ensure information accuracy across platforms.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese (required) and proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, order admin, or online shop management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £2,116.75-£2,500.00 per month
