Senior Business Development Manager – Bilingual

DeepIN Hair Limited is recruiting two senior sales managers for its hair extensions business. The role is based at 10 Winsley Street, London W1W, with hybrid working.

Languages: Native-level Cantonese and fluent English are required for both positions.

Employment: Full-time. Advertised salary: £50,000–£78,958.84 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
  • Present products, deliver training and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Monitor sales results and collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in hair, beauty or a related sector.
  • Strong prospecting, closing, account management, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach, good organisation and the ability to work independently.
