Build your next chapter on the road with Regulux Transport. We are recruiting self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers for long-term, full-time parcel delivery opportunities starting from our Lutterworth depot (DBI7), supporting contracted delivery services to the world’s largest online retailer.

Pay, training and support

• SWB van routes: £208 per day including VAT.
• Large van routes: £218 per day including VAT.
• Mileage payments and bonus are additional.
• Weekly payments every Thursday.
• Paid training: one classroom day and two ride-along days.
• Van hire can be arranged with insurance and maintenance included.
• Previous courier experience is helpful but not essential, as training is provided.

Your delivery day

Start at the Lutterworth depot, load your prepared parcels within the 15-minute loading window and follow a pre-mapped route. You will deliver to homes and businesses within a designated postcode area.

• Multi-drop parcel deliveries using a suitable van.
• Parcels picked and packed before loading.
• No timed deliveries.
• No requirement to return to the depot after completing your route.
• Full-time opportunity, working five to six days out of seven on a rota basis.
• Work in person on a self-employed basis.

Who can apply?

• Drivers who own a suitable van or are willing to hire one. Cars cannot be used.
• A valid driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• No IN10, DR, TT or other excluded motoring conviction codes.
• For van hire, your driving licence must have been held for at least two years.
• Owner drivers have no minimum licence-holding period.
• You must pass a DBS check before starting.
• Courier or multi-drop experience is recommended but not essential.

Depot location and nearby recruitment areas

Routes start from Lutterworth (DBI7). We welcome applications from Lutterworth, Wigston, Market Harborough, Rugby and Hinckley. These nearby towns are recruitment catchment areas; please make sure you can travel to the named depot.

Interviews and getting started

Interviews take place daily. Immediate opportunities are available, subject to completing the required checks and training. Bring your ID card or passport, driving licence, National Insurance number and proof of address. Proof of address can be a council tax bill, utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
