Responsibilities

Support clients with immigration casework, applications and correspondence. Manage a caseload independently, prepare visa, settlement and appeal documentation, liaise with UKVI and other organisations, and keep case records and billing up to date. Requirements

  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency; Cantonese and Mandarin are explicitly marked required.
  • At least one year of paralegal experience. Immigration experience and a law degree are preferred.
  • Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, organisation and ability to meet competing deadlines.
