Overview
A restaurant manager is responsible for ensuring that all staff abides by company policies, hiring new employees and provide training. The manager is also responsible for overseeing inventory management, scheduling shifts and working closely with the kitchen team to create a cohesive team.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyse sales data.
- Create purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors.
- Clean and maintain the restaurant premises.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline of restaurant staff.
- Manage staff schedules and payroll.
- Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
- Due to the restaurant location, candidates with Cantonese and Chinese language ability is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Restaurant management: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certificate (required)
